Letter to the Mayor

Dear Mayor Tadeousz Ferenc,
My name is Fernando Tell. I’m a a 6th grade student at P.K. Yonge, and I am designing a work of installation art to represent the friendship between Gainesville and Rzeszow.
I’d like to propose a sculpture in which there are two arms shaking hands with the form of a heart. Approximately 50 inches high, 30 inches wide and 4 inches deep. It has a support with the flags of the countries. The sculpture is made of recycled metal. Please see the 3D sculpture for more detail.
The sculpture will be placed in the Culture and Recreation Park. Please see the edited image for more detail.
